2025 Royal Mint Silver Sovereign Proof – First Year .999 Fine Silver | Pouch & COA 08075

2025 Royal Mint Silver Sovereign Proof – Historic First Year of Issue

Own the inaugural 2025 Silver Sovereign Proof, the first official silver Sovereign produced by The Royal Mint. A landmark addition to one of Britain's best-known coin series, the design retains the traditional Sovereign's historic diameter and weight, but is struck for the first time in beautiful .999 fine silver.

The reverse features Benedetto Pistrucci's iconic St George slaying the dragon, while the obverse carries the official portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings. Its finely frosted details and reflective Proof fields make this a striking first-year collectible.

Issued with a limited edition presentation of 50,000 and maximum coin mintage of 50,010, the 2025 Silver Sovereign marks the start of a new chapter in Royal Mint collecting.
