The design also incorporates the Chinese character for Horse, the inscription HORSE 2026, The Perth Mint's famous P mintmark, and the distinctive dragon privy mark.

What makes this release especially collectable is its restricted maximum worldwide mintage of only 30,000 coins — substantially lower than the regular 2026 1 oz Lunar Horse bullion coin.

The coin also incorporates The Perth Mint's micro-laser engraved authentication feature, visible only under magnification and designed to make counterfeiting significantly more difficult.
